Ad Majorem is short for “ad majorem Dei gloriam”.  It’s the Latin motto of the Jesuit order of Catholic priest. It means “For the greater glory of God”.  I use this in the name of my business because I have a strong devotion to Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church.  I firmly believe that all I do should be for the greater glory of God.  This includes my business dealings.  When I serve you and your business, I am not only serving you.  I’m serving your family, your employees, and your clients.  I am called to represent Christ with my efforts in a fair and honest manner and bring glory to Him.  I also recognize that any success I achieve is through Christ and for his plans, not mine.

Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Ceasar Alcala’, I’m the founder of Ad Majorem Marketing. I’m here because I’m passionate about helping businesses grow by find new clients, connect with current clients, and stay in touch past clients. I know what it’s like to be and business and not know how to find new clients quickly and efficiently.

I started my first business in April of 2001. I started printing t-shirts without knowing much about running a business. The t-shirts I printed looked great, but I had no one to sell to. I spent months knocking on doors with flyers and a smile. I’d shake people’s hands, tell them my story and ask for their business. It was long hard work and I was told “No” more often than not. I knew there had to be a better way to expose my company to potential clients.

Eventually I discovered internet marketing. I didn’t understand anything about about websites. I didn’t know how they were built, I didn’t understand how they worked, and most importantly, I didn’t know how people would find my website. I dove into the SEO process and learned everything I could. After a lot of trial and error and a lot of frustration, my website started being found by people. My phone started ringing and things got better for my business. Instead of going out to find new clients, they found me. It made things much easier.

I know what it’s like to need new clients, but not know how to connect with them. I know what it’s like to have a website that gets no traffic. I know the frustration of having a great service, but knot knowing how to get it in front of the eyes of potential clients. That’s why I’m here to help you get traffic to your website, connect with your clients, and create marketing campaigns that work!

It wasn’t long ago that I started using promotional products in my marketing campaigns. Giveaways became a great way to attract attention to my screen printing company. I would get the attention of a potential client and direct them to my website. There they would find all of the information the needed see that I was the solution to a problem they were having.

I’ve tried to stay on top of marketing trends and some have been better than others. One such winner had been social media. I integrated social media into my marketing campaigns as soon as it became available. I’ve been able to connect with my clients and keep them up to date on what I offer and more importantly, how my products and services help them.

There have been bumps in the road. Not all of my marketing efforts have been success. I’ve learned what works and most importantly, I’ve learned what doesn’t work. Now I work with companies to establish strong marketing campaigns designed to find new clients, remain relevant with current clients, and reconnect with past clients. I want to share my knowledge and abilities with you and help you grow your business.
